Refunds & Returns Instructions

Our commitment to product quality and purity is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Should you find the purchase unsatisfactory, reach out for a refund process. Products qualifying for reimbursement: Unopened and unused products. For vials, up to two that are opened/used are acceptable. Do note that our guarantee is valid for a span of 30 days post your order’s delivery. Beyond this period, we can’t assure a complete refund or swap, but each request will be evaluated individually.
Shipping and Delivery Instructions
- We ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders are typically shipped very quickly, either on the same day or the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
- We offer a flat rate for shipping unless you qualify for free shipping by meeting the minimum purchase amount.
